Will washing remove the trip beside my patio door?
No. A height difference or unstable slab is a physical defect, not surface contamination. Cleaning may improve appearance while leaving the trip in place. Describe that problem separately and seek appropriate repair advice rather than expecting it to be solved within washing.
Can I still walk through to an outbuilding?
That needs a practical arrangement before work starts. Show the route and explain when it is required. Equipment, wet surfaces and treatments can make unrestricted passage unsuitable, while any jointing or finish can extend restrictions beyond the main clean.
Can a patio used by customers be cleaned?
Commercial enquiries are welcome. Include the area, materials, user movements and opening arrangements so the work can be considered around actual access needs. A customer route needs an agreed working separation; it should not be booked on the assumption that everybody can continue using it.
Does porcelain need the same method as sandstone?
Not automatically. Their finishes, joints and condition should be considered individually. Explain mixed materials in the same patio and disclose existing products. A suitable approach on one part should not simply be carried across every neighbouring surface.
What if algae returns near a drain?
Remove routine debris and check whether water continues to collect. Recurrence can be influenced by moisture and local conditions, so cleaning alone may not resolve the underlying issue. Discuss the affected patch and obtain suitable advice if drainage is failing.
Can I arrange the work for a fixed party date?
Raise the date at quotation stage. Availability, weather and extra finishing requirements all matter, and a dry or cured finish cannot be guaranteed merely because the wash is booked. Agree a realistic programme and avoid treating optional restoration as an instant addition.
