Can you include the path up to my front door?
Tell us about it when you send your driveway photographs. Its material may differ from the parking area, so we will consider the route separately and include the agreed parts in the price. Steps and narrow passages also need to be visible in the enquiry.
Does every block paved drive need sealing?
No. Sealing is an optional finishing treatment, subject to the material, preparation and any previous coating. Discuss what you want it to achieve before deciding. It cannot stabilise a failed base or hide damage, and drying conditions must be suitable for the chosen product.
Will you be able to quote from a phone photograph?
A clear overview, approximate dimensions and pictures of the worst marks provide a useful starting point. Include the approach to the property as well. If those views leave uncertainty about access or surface condition, we may need a closer look before confirming the work.
My car is leaking oil. Should I book now?
Fixing the leak first usually avoids immediately staining the cleaned area again. Tell us the history of the patch: oil absorbed into paving may remain visible even after treatment. We can discuss that limitation alongside the general clean rather than promising complete removal.
What happens if the drive has sunken blocks?
Point them out before work is arranged. Washing and adding jointing sand do not correct movement beneath the paving. A repair may need to come first, and we will distinguish that issue from the surface contamination you want cleaned.
How soon can I park on it afterwards?
Agree this for your particular booking. A wash alone, a clean followed by sanding and work involving a sealer can have different restrictions. Weather also affects drying. We will explain the relevant stages so you can arrange alternative parking for the necessary period.
