Can a wall beside my only garden path be treated?
Explain that layout before booking. Access needs to be managed around equipment and the selected treatment, with appropriate restrictions afterwards. Do not assume people can pass through continuously simply because application is low pressure.
Should I move all my plants?
Identify pots, beds and fixed planting first. Manageable loose items can be moved where safe, while established or heavy features need planned precautions. The arrangement depends on the method and garden layout, so do not undertake risky lifting merely to request a quotation.
Can I combine render cleaning with a roofline clean?
You can ask about clearing the gutters or washing the exterior uPVC in the same enquiry. The render treatment, gutter clear and trim wash are different tasks. We will explain the scope and access for each, and identify the proposed sequence in your quotation.
Can the same treatment clean my painted garden furniture?
Do not assume it can. The render method is selected for the wall and its condition. Other materials and coatings require their own suitability discussion; successful cleaning on one surface does not establish compatibility with a different finish.
Will softwashing repair cracked render?
No. Cracks and loose or failing areas need to be disclosed before cleaning. Appropriate repair advice may be needed first. A treatment for organic growth does not rebuild the finish or remove the cause of structural deterioration.
Can the work be fitted immediately before a garden party?
Raise the date during the enquiry. Availability, weather and treatment restrictions can affect the plan, so immediate normal use should not be assumed. Agree a realistic programme and follow handover advice before returning furniture, people or pets.
What makes the quotation more accurate?
Whole-elevation pictures, close-ups of staining and defects, approximate dimensions and access photographs are useful. Mention the finish if known and the position of sensitive surroundings. A closer assessment may still be needed where those details cannot establish suitability.
